Launched in 2022, PR Fillies is the latest PR innovation from Mark and Rob.
There are significant opportunities that exist to select well bred fillies at the leading yearling sales in Australia and New Zealand.
In some regards within the Australian Racing program, opportunities for fillies outstrip the colts.

When looking back at the stars of Australian racing, it is names like
Black Caviar, Winx and Verry Elleegant that capture the spotlight.
Combined with strong markets for fillies and broodmares, the opportunity in creating PR Fillies is irresistible.

In the first year of operation five fillies were purchased for PR Fillies 2022. All were close relations to black type
performers and passed the rigorous inspections required to meet PR Thoroughbreds exacting standard.

Total outlay was $1,433,000 at an average price of $287,000. All five fillies are currently in training
and nearly all of them have progressed to a jump out or a trial in their early preparations.
At the conclusion of their racing career each filly will be assessed by the partners and it will either be
decided to retain and bred or for Mark and Rob to take the fillies to market to maximise returns to the partners.

PR Fillies 2023 will be launched in December aiming to again purchase 5 fillies at a total outlay not exceeding $1,500,000.
